Hanami

A branch crosses the surface like an essential, almost calligraphic mark. Flowers emerge between material layering and luminous glazes, suspended in a timeless space.

The title recalls the ancient Japanese tradition of “hanami”, the act of observing the blossoming: a moment of contemplation in which beauty and transience coexist. Thus the work does not simply depict a flower, but a visual experience — fragile and intense.
